My HK Smashed M&M Slush.

Second time visiting HK, as I barely can recall, first time was almost 20 years ago.
Back to the time traveling with momsy, she was more into shopping and visiting ZOO and pleasure-land. I did enjoy my first time in life riding rollercoaster. (almost barf right on my brother's brand new sneakers)

When I'm travelling for different reasons (advantures, business, experiences), I am always looking for something that's more to daily life.

-Rail road
-Stepping route
-Park that you practice Taichi in
-Favorite juice shop
-Supermarket
-Deli that only for locals
-Landscape with sunset sunrise

Since I haven't taken good look at HK in my first trip, so I made lots of plan stepping up to the mid level to the region I planned to stay for several nights to see the local HK, no only shopping mall, tremendous buildings, so-called HK skyline.

I am just naive.
All I can remember now is the half sore half in pain legs, since I walk for most of time to visit the exhibition also stepping up from central to mid level.

Travel from mid level to Wan chai, Central, the airport, I find that this city is full of actions but without happy or jumpy mood. When I checked around people in the MTR, everyone is drinking their own sorrow as they have struggled so much to get to here, to the present, to how they are looking. Most of young kids have the same half JP-pop half post modern PRC style with very loud Cantonese. Office ladies are carrying their not-to-much-left-youth under heavy make ups, salary man are wearing high quality shirt and got their way to look pompous.

Yes they have right to show off since it's tough to survive in such pressured, competitive and fast pace international city.

Life is not quiet at all. Construction bases are booming all around HK island, taxi is horning and driving crazy, most scary thing is the drivers are all look so frustrated or angry, busses are squeezing themselves into the corner, you can't barely walking your way down the street without bump into any strangers.

*I was wondering how these busses are going to find their own rescue from this nod. Have to say, it takes a lot of special skill to be a bus drivers in HK! (guts for being a passenger on those busses)

No privacy, no space, you can see through and have a little taste of your neighbor's life, and, according to one friend, " That girl wants to try out my slippers. "-we were walking around the central.

"harbor view" is so precious to say VIVA my L's Hotel.

*It's totally meaningless to take picture in hotel room, but the view is indeed something in HK.

Quote to my friend " You have got to take a picture here! Harbor VIEW! It's so hard to find such beautiful full view in HK!"

But this is true.
During those thousands of dove cages, the view is the reason if the price reaches the insane level. If you can see more buildings in a window, (more than 3) that consider you have better view than others. If your view from bedroom can even discover a park, that means you probably would have to pay 30% more than others for it. IF. You can see the sea shore, you must be a GZillionaire.

I found my discovers from this trip are all interesting.
Can't say it's my best trip ever, (my number one is Moscow) but its like a vanilla slush from Sonic but with crushed colorful M&M chocolate, no whipped cream.

Not to mention the extraordinary priviledge you have in case of the botanic garden view in mid levels.
That may drive price to a tough level, true, but do not forget you will get the rare chance to discover the secret lullaby of the ancient apes. FOR FREE!!!

When I read this piece again I do find out there are so many missing parts that haven't been mentioned. That famous lullaby is indeed one remarkable thing that has to be put in the file of this trip. Also the magic SOHO dist. with people partying whole night. Coming up Halloween, trick or treat kids, costumes...

Constantly got lost in MTR system, a airport express which you can't use it anywhere,
